Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ConverseAIght (conversaight.com) handles your personal data. We keep it short and describe only what this site actually does.
Who is responsible

Demo request form
When you request a demo, we receive your full name, company, work email, industry, monthly conversation volume and, if you add them, your phone number and message. The form is processed by our server on Cloudflare and recorded in our server logs. We use these details only to reply to you and plan the demo.
Live voice and chat demo
The live demo runs only when you start it. Your microphone is used only during a voice call, and each call is limited to five minutes.
During a voice call, your audio streams directly from your browser to one of these providers, which recognises your speech and generates the agent's spoken replies: xAI (Grok voice) or Google (Gemini Live API). In the browser voice mode, speech recognition is handled by your own browser, which may send audio to its maker (for example Google, for Chrome).
Chat messages, and any agent name, company name or company details you enter to customise the demo, are sent through our server to an AI model provider to generate replies.
We do not save demo conversations, transcripts or recordings on our servers. The providers process them under their own terms. To prevent abuse, we limit demo requests per IP address using Cloudflare.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address, preferred language, the page you signed up from, and your IP address and browser user agent. We use the IP address to limit abuse of the sign-up form.
We send a confirmation email first and add you only after you click its link (double opt-in). Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Subscriber data is stored on our own servers in Germany, provided by Hetzner, and emails are sent through our email delivery provider. We use this data only to send the newsletter.
Hosting, analytics and cookies
This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address and basic request data to serve pages and protect the site from attacks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying you. We set only one functional cookie, which remembers that you have signed up to the newsletter so we do not ask again. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep data
We keep newsletter data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Other data you send us is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022), you have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it;
- correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- object to the processing of your data.
Transfers outside Indonesia
Some of our providers process data outside Indonesia: newsletter data is stored in Germany, and Cloudflare operates a global network. Demo audio and messages are processed by our AI model providers, which may be outside Indonesia. We transfer data only as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and choose providers that protect it appropriately.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
